    Information to Share with an Appraiser

    • Copy of the sales contract

    • Copy of the previous survey

    • List of improvements made by the owner

    • Blueprints if available

    • Comparable listing and sales in the neighborhood

    • Info on off-market sales or pocket listing

    • Info on comparable sales that may not have been disclosed in MLS that could affect the value

    • Pertinent information on the neighborhood that could affect value.

    This type of information can be helpful to share with the appraiser to receive an accurate property valuation.
